Back Up - PARTIALLY

It came as a surprise that our 10pm estimate for power being back on turned out to be 8:30am.  Everything in the system should be up with the exception of SquidgeWorld Archive.  The server took a hit, and I'm resurrecting it.  Hopefully not more than a few more hours.

edit: SquidgeWorld.org is now back up as well!  See the caveat here.
