The Jinjurly Missing Files Spreadsheet!

We've come to the part of the Jinjurly restore project where we need your help!  If you go to the link below, you'll see the 5,400+ entries in the Jinjurly Audiofic Archive that are missing MP3/M4B files.

Second, here are some notes to understand:

• The spreadsheet is editable by anyone with this link in columns I and J only.  If there are other edits/notes (like "Hey, the author on this says X but it should be Y" or the like), please note that you can leave a comment on a cell in just about any cell that you want.  However, if you want me to notice a comment, please keep it in either column I or column J.
• Column H is marked "podfic located by mods" and is something that mific  was able to fill out before I published this spreadsheet based on either podfics that she personally has, or from a list that we have gathered from other people. For those, unless we say otherwise, you can consider them already found so we don't need another copy.  
• IF you have a copy of either an MP3 or M4B for something on the spreadsheet that is in need (anything with a blank column H) then PLEASE fill out your username and where that username is from (DW/JL/Twitter/Tumblr) so that one of us can contact you should we have questions. In column J, please put the publically downloadable link where we can download the work. 
• The columns are self explanatory, and most of them contain only one value (one URL, one Title, etc). However, if there is more than one Fandom, Author, Reader, or Relationship, those are concatednated together in the same column.  Therefore, if there is a "Stargate Atlantis" and "Leverage" crossover, it won't be listed with either fandom, but will be instead listed by the fandoms in the order they were spit out by the database. Hopefully they are in alphabetical order, but I cannot guarantee this. Spotchecking, I found crossovers like "chronicles of narnia, supernatural" which is in order, but "harry potter, american idol, hawaii five-0, queer as folk (us), stargate atlantis" - which is not.  If in doubt, create a temporary filter and filter the column you want by "contains" and then the fandom/reader/author/relationship that you want.
• If you try and edit any of the headers, or any data in columns A through H, you'll get an ugly "Hey, you can't edit a protected cell!" message. Don't worry about that - just know you can only edit columns I and J.

EDIT: If you can signalboost this somewhere, please and thank you!  And let me and others know where so it can be tracked (so it's not boosted to the same community multiple times, etc).

EDIT 2: I froze the top row and column A per request.

EDIT 3: If a row is completely shaded GREEN that means one of two things: Dark green means that the issue is resolved (the file is in the archive, and the archive entry has been updated with the new link). Light green means that it's something that the archivists have already found and you needn't worry about it.

EDIT 4: If column J is shaded TAN that means that someone has located that podfic and filled in a location for the MP3/M4B.

I had copies of all five of my missing fics! Have put them in a Google Drive folder and linked to it on all relevant lines. Thank you for all your work; this is an amazing project!

I see my username MULTIPLE times on this spreadsheet. Way too many to go one by one through them right now. I do have a lot or most of my files still though. Some of them are linked from my AO3 page (https://archiveofourown.org/users/zabira), but some of them aren't. I could put them all in a single Google drive and share them with you, would that help? (Also, I'm rarely here, but am jzgervais on Twitter which is where I found out about this.)

I found a few SPN stories that were included in podfic anthologies that I saved. I'll indicate this and then link to the anthology DL link in my Google Drive.

What should we do if there's a mistake in the spreadsheet? (on line 2909 "Untitled Saiyuki podfics" I'm not sure what happened, but I'm the reader, and the reader was andmydog, not analise010)

Thank you for your preservation work! I saw three of my fics on there, and, after some digging around, I found I'd had the uncharacteristic foresight to upload them to Google Drive at some point, so I've added the links into the spreadsheet. If you can't access them for any reason, let me know!

I'm uploading whatever I have to my own paraka server, which i hope is okay. Is there any way you can let me know when I'm okay to remove them again? It's fine if it's going to take a while, just would love to know when I can delete from the server again because they were properly archived.

Hi! I have an absolute sh!tton of the Shoebox Project (Harry Potter), like so much that I don't really know what the best way to upload it all is. I have some Gdrive space, but I'm not sure it'll be enough. I've put my name in the relevant cell of the spreadsheet, but I'm not quite sure what to do from here.

I had two of my own fics (self-read) that were on the archive. I've put them on the spreadsheet with box downloads but I can also send the mp3s direct as they're less than 5MB combined.

Oh, I've got a formatting request/idea for the spreadsheet: Could you set a conditional formatting rule for column J so that once a link is put in (http://), it's highlighted in yellow or orange or some colour to show that this has already been filled? makes it easier to see at a glance which ones don't need links anymore without scrolling side to side to check if columns I/J are filled in already.

I found a couple podfics last night that I had copies of, but had to go to bed before I could put in download links. Doing so tonight!

As many have already said, thank you so much for doing this! I'm very excited to hopefully be able to access some podfics that I'd thought were lost forever.

You may have seen that for some of the missing files I've written "I have a downloaded copy that I'm happy to share upon request," and I just wanted to clarify: whenever I've gotten through comparing the whole list against the library of podfics I've downloaded over the years, I'll gather up any for which I made that note and look into ways of getting them to you. That said, I don't make that note unless I've at least tried searching AO3 for still-working link.

Hey! I just checked the spreadsheet and it looks like everything that I've podficced has been found except Optional (which I just checked and I don't have a copy of). I did notice that at least two of my long works have comments about not having podbooks or zips for easier downloading (which I do because I try to keep my space on paraka's server as small as I possibly can all things considered). That said, I can definitely upload zips for easier downloading (and I can also toss up some of the alternate sizes of audiobooks that I haven't kept up on paraka's site). Just let me know what you need!

lunate8 has a note on their AO3 works that says Please do not upload or stream this podfic anywhere without my permission.
However, their works *also* used to link to the audiofic archive for downloads of their podfics. I think either way there should be an attempt to contact them. I'll continue to list the working alternate dl links on the spreadsheet as far as I can find them, just thought I should leave a note about what's in their ao3 posts wrt re-uploads.

Is it safe to assume that any works listed in the spreadsheet have broken audiofic archive links, or does the spreadsheet include links where at least 1 download link is still working?

I see that one of my podfics is among the missing but it's not currently available anywhere. Is there a way I can upload it directly?
