I HATE VERIZON!

Doesn't matter what I would have done. VERIZON HAS FUCKED UP MY LINE! Yes, we are down WAY more than we should be. I'm now having to wait for a technician to call me.

Okay. So we have somewhat narrowed it down. It seems as if they provisioned the line incorrectly because there is no connectivity bypassing the router - but Verizon says it's the router. I have no clue. All I know is, they are going to be here tomorrow morning to work on it. We'll know more then.
