New spam filtering in place

For those of you that use Squidge.org as your email host, we're now using a new spam filtering piece.  Unfortunately, it doesn't have the quarantine digests like the old firewall did.  I may abandon this one soon (as soon as I figure it out, and make sure there's no web interface for spam) to work on a new one that does have a web interface.
