connectivity update

Our ISP is working on connectivity issues, so it's going to be bumpy the next 24 hours.  We will have a full downtime tomorrow morning at 9amish Pacific time, and hopefully come back more stable.

Site seems to be going up and down constantly today. Should we assume you're doing this, or is there a connectivity problem?

I created some of it, but the intermittent network connectivity problems caused the other part of it. Please let me know what you notice; I think we're stable, but I wanted to make sure.
