Sharing this here as well as my own personal journal.  I posed a question about renewing LiveJournal, asking if it might violate sanctions.  IT DOES.  LiveJournal was sold to Rambler Media, which was just taken over by Sberbank, which is subject to sanctions by most Western governments.
