Looks like we're in an outage due to the database server.  We're working on restoring connectivity asap.

Edit 08/24/15 12:50pm: And we're back up!  Errant network process was the culprit.

That was totally my fault. I missed the last step after maintenance yesterday, and forgot to put my "web checkup" script back into place, that restarts everything if a service bombs.

It's fixed now, and we're back up!
