Upgrade failed

Upgrade to a new server has failed. I've come to the part of the day where nothing seems to be working, so couple that with very little sleep last night, and I'm abandoning it.  We will start again soon.  In the meantime, we are back on the old server, with everything in place from this morning before the upgrade.
