Squidge downtime earlier today

Electricians came over and worked through the morning. Sometime during the morning they took Squidge down and the UPS' that keep it up ran out of juice. When the servers came back up, the external USB disks that are used for holding backups prevented the servers from booting cleanly. It's back up now. Total downtime about 3 hours.
