squidgestatusI've been on the sidelines of what's going on with the fanfiction community here on LiveJournal, and have been quite interested in hearing people's frustrations and questions. I also would like to offer up some new services through Squidge.org, but before I do, want to consult with everyone involved first.
Therefore, I would like to host an IRC chat this upcoming Tuesday night. The chat will be informal. I want to hear what you all have to say, get your suggestions for domain names, features, etc.
So, please come out this Tuesday night at 7:30 PM Pacific time. I'm planning on an hour, but we can go shorter or longer as the need arises. If you are familiar with IRC, start up your IRC client and then connect up to the server "squidge.org". We will have a channel called #LJCHAT available. I cannot guarantee everyone will get in - so get in early!
If you aren't familiar with IRC, go out to http://www.shareware.com or http://www.tucows.com and search for IRC client for your operating system. Download and set it up early, then try connecting up so you know how to use it.
